Conservative Management of Fetus Papyraceus
2016
Journal of Case Reports
Fetus papyraceus also known as fetal resorption, is the term used to describe a mummified fetus in multigestation pregnancy where one fetus dies and is compressed between the membranes of the living fetus and the uterine wall. Though the complications in affected pregnancy can be severe, we report successful conservative management of fetus papyraceus. Careful monitoring is required during pregnancy for its successful outcome.
