The use of intraoperative transvaginal and laparoscopic echography can reduce the time of surgical revision, reduce the number of intra- and postoperative complications, as well as the frequency of relapses in the postoperative period.Conclusion. According to the obtained results, intraoperative ultrasound echography has a high diagnostic accuracy of up to 99.2%. This method of intraoperative diagnosis allows the optimal volume and method of surgical intervention to be determined, and the safety and adequacy of surgical treatment to be ensured, thus maximizing the reproductive function.
