Results of laparoscopic extravesical antireflux operation in vesicoureteral reflux in children

The objective was to improve the results of surgical treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children, using laparoscopic access. The prospective study was performed in 111 children (137 ureters) with the primary III–IV grade vesicoureteral reflux. The mean age was 34.7 months. The modified laparoscopic antireflux technique was performed on 73 children (91 ureters).
