<p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> <span lang="EN-IN">Unstable fractures accounts for approximately 50 to 60% of all intertrochanteric fractures. Failure rates of (DHS) dynamic hip screw for unstable fracture patterns are as high as 50%.
