Ectopic adrenal cortical rests are uncommon in adults, particularly in females. Their occurrence in fallopian tubes or mesosalphinx is extremely rare. Herein, we report a rare occurance of ectopic adrenal cortical rests in mesosalphinx which was diagnosed on histopathological examination.
