This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of economic growth, and provincial minimum wages on employment opportunities in Jambi Province. Based on the results of the simultaneous testing showed that all the independent variables obtained by economic growth and provincial minimum wages had a significant influence on employment opportunities, while in partial testing showed that economic growth had a significant effect on employment opportunities, and provincial minimum wages had a significant effect on employment opportunities.
