The result revealed that Managerial skills have a significant positive effect on the growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria t (n = 315) = 4248.823, P<0.05; while technology has a significant effect on the growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria t (n = 315) = 761.285, P<0.05. we concluded that Managerial skills had a positive effect on the level of output, also Managerial skills had a positive effect on the level of growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria. We recommended that SMEs in South-East, Nigeria should improve their Managerial skills acquisition in order to improve employees' dedication which will enable growth, while efficiently delivering outstanding results.
