Teaching is an activity considered fundamental to society, for the formation of knowledge that drives the growth of students in professional development. Considering the importance of teaching for the development of society, this research aims to identify the perception of teachers of Santa Catarina universities. The research sample comprised 493 active teachers from 15 private community universities in the state of Santa Catarina. For data collection, a 6-point structured instrument was used.

The discussions allowed for contributory alignments in which the researched professors perceive the occurrence of organizational justice, for all dimensions, with the strongest perception being in interpersonal and distributive justice of tasks and the weakest being in distributive justice of rewards.
