Radiation dose to patient is unavoidable when diagnosis is carried out using X-ray. Radiation diagnosis using dual energy X-ray was examined to verify the possibility of medical applications by SNR and image scoring. The dual energy X-ray was realized by combining together two image plates and filter of 0.5 mm thick Cu or Al.
