La formación del Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores de Argentina, 1963-1972
1982
Estudios latinoamericanos
The 60's in Argentina saw the rise of armed political left-wing groups. According to Kowalewski's article they were a response to the state monopoly on violence. One of the leading forces was the Revolutionary Workers Party – Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores. The article summarizes the origins of the movements and the backgrounds of its leader Mario Roberto Santucho. Kowalewski also writes about the transformation of Frente Revolucionario Indoamericano Popular and Palabra Obrera, two organisations that preceded the PRT.
