... ield researches; therefore, it has studied the effects of liberal leadership style on innovation. The information gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire, so it is necessary to mention that the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire has been achieved (in liberal leadership style questionnaire α = 761/0 and in innovation questionnaire α = 751/0) and the research tool in the study population was (N = 350). The questionnaires have been distributed among 186-sample persons, according to Morgan table. In analyzing the data, at first a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and then due to the non-normal distribution of variables, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to test the hypothesis. The results of testing showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between liberal leadership style and innovation in the Telecommunications Company of Kermanshah city.
