In this paper, we introduce strongly soft * * -closed sets and strongly soft * * -open sets in soft Č closure spaces, which are defined over an initial universe with a fixed set of parameters and studied some of their basic properties. Also, we show that every strongly soft -closed set is strongly soft * * -closed.
