of this section, deplored the divisions of opinion which exist among medical authorities upon the etiology and epidemiology of cholera. He looked forward to the time when all will hold one and the same opinion upon these subjects. He praised the good work done by the Russian National Health Society, which had issued and widely circulated a form for the collection of information upon many points connected with cholera.
