In this article we have considered the programs being implemented in developed and developing countries to promote conditions for digital transformation of society and industry, boost industrial cooperation in the research and development, innovative and production areas, develop industrial and innovative infrastructure facilities, upgrade existing production facilities and create new innovative sectors of economy.
