A Descriptive Study of Wellness among Undergraduate Students in a Public University in Malaysia

Wellness among university students is vital to produce well-balanced and high-quality graduates as envisioned by the Malaysian National Education Philosophy. This study aims to examine wellness among undergraduate students in a public university in Malaysia. This study employed a survey method using cross-sectional design on 496 students in various semesters and from various faculties. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that "Essential Self Score" was the highest mean score among the students while "Physical Self score" was the lowest mean score among them. Based on the results, the findings of the study are discussed and implications of the study were put forward.
