Starting from the basic equations of mass, momentum and energy, in this paper are presented some aspects regarding the gas-dynamic model of the detonation wave, where the combustion wave speed was obtained from a given initial conditions. The compatibility, the existence and the unicity of the solution with the dynamics of the combustion behind the wave depend on the singularities of dimensionless forms of momentum and species conservation equations.
