In this conference paper we present the development of an interactive tool for gallium arsenide semiconductor modeling. This interactive tool consists in a software package, which is able to model four basic physical phenomena, such as Fermi Level and Mobility, and a few examples of semiconductor devices. We encourage the use of this tool in either, electronic physics lectures or photomcs lectures in order to help the complete understanding of these phenomena and devices. GaAsMod can be used to
