Messung der Absorptionsoszillatorenstärken von Sr-II Linien in den Spektralbereichen von 1400 bis 1900 Å und von 4000 bis 4400 Å
1969
Zeitschrift fur Naturforschung A-A Journal of Physical Sciences
The oscillator strengths of 15 Sr-II emission lines were measured in the wavelength regions 1400 -1900 A and 4000 -4400 Ä. The light source was a wall-stabilized cascade arc burning in argon, into which a small quantity of SrCl, vapor was introduced. Standard intensities were produced by the central intensities of optically thick lines and by a carbon arc. The transition probabilities of the lines Sr-II 4078 Ä and Sr-II 4216 A, which are known with an accuracy of about 10%, were used to determine the particle density.
