Four entomopathogenic nematode species (Steinernema feltiae, S. carpocapsae, Heterorhabditis bacteriophora, and H. megidis) were tested in a laboratory bioassay for the efficacy of these pathogens in controlling the larvae and adults of the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata.
