Palavras chave: semântica transcendental; Loparic; Kant; juízo sintético a priori. Abstract: This investigation aims to treat the philosophy of Kant by proposing a transcendental semantics. This transcendental semantics permeates different areas treated by Kant: the critical-theoretical, practical and practical-historical context. In this context, our goal is divided into two stages: (a) exposing a synthetic presentation of transcendental semantics and center it in the theme of the synthetic a priori historical judgment; (b) submit formal elements (mathematical and semantic) to allow an alternative exposition of the transcendental semantics task of joining the theoretical framework and practical pure reason. The result achieved is that this constructive approach is possible and occurs without loss of contents and depth with respect to the purpose of Kant.
