Sensor nodes selection in Wireless Sensor Networks over a rich scattering environment
2011
2011 International Conference on Communications, Computing and Control Applications (CCCA)
This paper is concerned with the sensor nodes selection in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). This technique is inspired from antennas selection in the Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems. Antennas selection scheme stills be required in Wireless Sensor Networks. In fact, the deployed sensor nodes in the network are limited in power and thus antennas selection processing is needed for energy saving and lifetime maximizing. In this paper, we introduce the sensor nodes selection processing
