Cynoglossum zeylanicum belongs to the family Boraginaceae. It is commonly known as "Jathakkai". The present investigation was carried out to determine the possible bioactive components of whole plant of Cynoglossum zeylanicum using GC-MS analysis. Twenty compounds were identified.
