To avoid the loss and accident caused by energy equipment failure, structural integrity monitoring requires precise sensors for measurement of stress and strain. Quantum dots (QDs)-epoxy resin composite shows variation of photoluminescence (PL) intensity under stretching. This paper presents three different phenomena of PL intensity during cyclic stretching.
