Ontologies give a standard presentation of specific domain knowledge in order to establish either a Knowledge Base (in the case of a moderate amount of data) or an Ontology Based Data Base (in the case of a huge amount of data).The aim of this paper is to present a new methodology to build data base automatically from a biomedical ontology.
