The effects of water/TiO2 Nano-fluid quenching media on microstructure and properties of CK35 steel were analyzed by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Vickers hardness, and tensile tests. The results show that the microstructure of the CK35 steel sample quenched by water/TiO2 Nano-fluid and tempered are the mixture of tempered martensite and retained austenite with best mechanical properties.
