The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of the functional motivations of volunteers on participation satisfaction and sustainability. The study was conducted on 198 volunteers in Seocho-gu, Seoul. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and regression analysis was performed on causality among variables.
