The aims of this study were to validate the primers developed for molecular-based detection and identification of Malaysian clinical isolates of methicilin-resistance Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) using in-silico Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR SYBR with Green I.
