The Impact of Wage Differentials on Labour Turn Over in Nigeria

This study investigates the impact of wage differentials on labour turn over in the public service between the state and federal employees. We employed the logit model in our analysis, using a sample of 840 employees, in accordance with our theoretical priors, the empirical result support the standard inverse relationship between wage differential and labour turnover. That as state workers' wages increases, the probability of a State worker leaving to Federal civil service falls by 0.2901. We
