Shanghai launched a wilding heath system reform from 2010 due to the unreasonable medical allocation between city and suburb that restricts the equalization of medical service. Under this background, the research finds that the gap between city and suburb is considerable big. So the paper uses the data of resident population and the means of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze the equity of medical resources allocation among seventeen counties in Shanghai.
