RESUMO O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a efetivação e execução das ações destinadas pelos PAA e PNAE diante da análise comparativa entre os territórios do médio e alto sertão. Assim, os mercados institucionais é uma das Politicas Públicas idealizadas pelo Plano Safra e sua execução dar-se através da Conab em parceria com outros órgãos governamentais, com o propósito de destacar suas ações e principais características referentes ao fortalecimento da agricultura familiar. ABSTRATC This article aims to analyze the effectiveness and execution of the actions destined by the PAA and PNAE in view of the comparative analysis between the territories of the middle and upper sertão. Therefore, the monitoring of this action was carried out in a survey in September 2014 to identify the difficulties encountered in Family Farming enterprises, present in the respective territories so that it allows greater disposition in the marketing and adding value to the products produced and supplied by its members, these being the main protagonists of the local entities. Thus, institutional markets are one of the Public Policies idealized by the Safra Plan and its execution will take place through Conab in partnership with other government agencies, with the purpose of highlighting its actions and main characteristics regarding the strengthening of family farming.
