This paper is purposed to study on the Influence of Working Condition and Job Satisfaction on the change of occupation of Cosmetologist(Hair & Skin Care) to reduce cosmetologist change of occupation. The research methods are surveying with 250 persons & doing statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14.
