... this paper, we consider the user pairing problem in Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access as a multi-armed bandit problem and propose an ultra-fast user pairing algorithm based on the laser chaos decision maker. We numerically demonstrate that the proposed scheme accomplishes higher throughputs compared with traditional user pairing algorithms, especially in cases with lower user density.
