This research aims at studying a grammatical measurement in the view of linguistic system of Arabic language, which differs from instructional, abstractive, logical and mental system and intersected with it a lot. The grammarians study -especially latest grammarians-the measurement in the view of mental system, therefore, a lot of linguistic materials have been lost and other materials have been added from outside the Arabic utilized linguistic system.
