Listing Priorities University President Stephen Spurr outlined next year s priorities in his annual State o f the University speech W e d n e s d a y night. H e presented a program intended to create a balance in the University faculty, so it can be tte r respond to changes in enrollment. Spurr also proposed an increase in the number of women and m inority faculty members.
