Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy affect almost 75% of pregnant women. In most cases, nausea, which is ended with or without vomiting, is a mild condition. However, the rest could become hyperemesis gravidarum, in which both mother and fetus are in danger. Non-pharmacological therapy is needed as an alternative or complementary treatment when pharmacological therapy causes side effects in some cases of nausea and vomiting.
