ÖZET Köle ve feodal toplumlarda işçilere ihtiyaç bulunan yerlerde çalışması emredilirken, sanayi toplumunda bu süreç, belli norm ve kurallara bağlanmıştır. Sanayi toplumu ile başlayan tüketim çılgınlığı, serbest rekabet ve karı en üst düzeye çıkarma arzusu, verimli kurumsal yapıları zorunlu hale getirmiştir. ABSTRACT Workers were commended to work in places where they were needed in feudal and slave societies; on the contrary this process has been linked to certain rules and norms in industrial societies. Consumption frenzy, free competition and desire of profit maximization which began with industrial society made institutional structure obligatory. Technology production centers, as a symbol of knowledge society, give an opportunity to individuals to determine their work flow, rhythm of work, daily base for living and intellectual freedom. This institutional structure, which makes self-realization of individual possible, is the most important motivation tool of technology production center. In this study, it is aimed to analyze distinctive motivation process of technology production center which has new institutional structure.
