These risk factors can be listed as social isolation, inactivity, intense stress, as well as direct invasion of the virus to the central nervous system, the effect of inflammatory cytokines, the effect of sedative drugs used and the effect that develops secondary to other accompanying diseases. This paper provides an assessment regarding the problems experienced by dementia patients in the pandemic process, and their solutions, accompanied by a case presentation.
