The purpose of the study was to substantiate the relevance of the use of an oxygen-ozone mixture in the complex treatment of acne in men. Clinical evaluation of the intensity of the process was carried out prior to and after the treatment (using the Cook scale), and severity of scarring was assessed by the Vancouver scale; immune status parameters were also assessed. Results: positive clinical dynamics was observed in both groups. normalization of immune status parameters was additionally observed in patients from the main group. Conclusion: the study demonstrated the efficiency of a combined therapy including the introduction of an oxygen-ozone mixture in addition to traditional drugs, so this regimen of treatment can be recommended as a therapy for acne of moderate severity.
