A case of infertility treatment in couple with a male factor, the severe form of teratozoospermia (total globozoospermia (type 1)) was presented. This pathology is extremely rare (0.1 % at andrological patients). Globozoospermia (type 1) is an insufficiently studied disease and is a severe disorder of spermatogenesis that leads to 100 % of male infertility.
