Inadequate Management of Multiple Orbital Fractures and Traumatic Optic Neuropathy

The purpose of this case report is to demonstrate a re-surgery in patient with inadequate management of multiple orbital fractures and traumatic optic neuropathy as a way to relieve his visual problem. Case Report: A 25 year old male presented with double vision following surgical repair of orbital rim fracture.
