This study examines the relationship between board characteristics, risk management disclosure and performance of Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) in Nigeria. Data were obtained from the annual accounts and reports of the 15 DMBs listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) covering 2012 to 2016. For the purpose of testing the relationship between the dependent variable (return on asset [ROA]) and the explanatory variables in this study, Random Effect (RE) regression model was employed.
