The model of instruments named EURO SKILLS Tools Ukraine is considered. The complete set includes Transfer, Hub, Camp and Navigator blocks. The structure of Euro Skills Tools Ukraine is described in details as well as basic blocks and their relationships. An example illustrates the interaction between these blocks.
