The way to improve the technological process of tillage with disk working bodies includes a number of successive stages. Among these stages, we can single out the stage of analysis of existing design and technological solutions as one of the first and most important, since the wrong direction leads to the loss of resources without achieving the goal. The article presents an analysis of of development trends of disk tillage organs to increase the degree of soil crumbling during its processing.

The shortcomings of proposed design and technological solutions were identified in the course of the analysis. And it was determined that to increase the degree of soil crumbling, it was necessary to increase the degree of impact on it by compressing and giving more kinetic energy.
