The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of implementing change on performance of literacy and numeracy educational programme. ... ersion respectively. Simple linear regression was conducted to test and measure both the relationship and strength of independent and dependent variable. The results revealed that r=0.581, R 2 =0.337, critical value was 3.875 less than the F value of 142.010 hence the model was fit, and the unstandardized beta coefficient was 0.445. It is concluded that implementing change influences performance of literacy and numeracy educational programme. The study recommends further research on utilization of project findings.
