The reliability characteristics of the (auto)transformers and overhead transmission lines of the unified national electric grid are subjected to statistical analysis. It is shown that their scheduled outages for scheduled or unscheduled repairs, as well as maintenance, weaken the network layout much more than emergency repairs.
