This paper is produced through document analysis in the form of documentation review, the evaluation of scholars on the concept of the leader itself, and the good leadership effect on human capital development and management. It was found that the best management is management that does not ignore spiritual disclosure in managing and administering an organization. The development of human capital based on al Quran and Sunnah is the best model in producing a person who is both spiritually and physically brilliant.
