A 2.4 GHz Cross Rhombic Antenna for a Cube Satellite Application

We present design and construction results of a 2.4 Ghz cross rhombic antenna to be used in a cubesat. Computational design agrees with experimental results after its construction. cross rhombic antenna is a novel planar structure of our own design, presenting circular polarization and medium gain; it is built over a RF60A substrate withεr=6.15, decreasing its size to fit the required dimensions of satellite.
