The innovation talent training model for Key National Science & Technology Specific Projects is studied from the point of view of supply and demand matching in this paper. Based on the analysis of the basic quality characteristics of the national key scientific and technical special talents, it puts forward the mode of national science and technology major special talents training and the ways of training.
