BACKGROUND The purpose of this study is to compare central foveal thickness (CFT) of patients preoperatively and postoperatively cataract surgery using SD-optical coherence tomography and to correlate CFT with vision. MATERIALS AND METHODS 200 eyes of 100 patients were examined and two groups were formed.
