DISTRIBUTION PATTERN OF FACILITIES NATURALLY DEVELOPED IN SENRI NEW TOWN AND SEMBOKU NEW TOWN

豆 nSenri New Town and Semboku New Town , community facilities which are not included in their master plans have naturally developed正 n residential areas . The aim of this paper is to . clarify the actual condition and distribution patterns of such facilities , The resuits of this research show that the generation rate of facil 正 ties in detached housing areas are about six times as high as that in apartment areas .
